READING: Although we won't be discussing it, I would suggest reading the planned text in Best American Short Stories (2008), pages 269-281.
WRITING: Complete your rough drafts and put together your mini-portfolios. This includes prompt 3 on page 94 in Building Fiction. All mini-portfolios must be turned into my mailbox (across from the Main English Office in Andrew 202) by 11:30AM on Friday. No late assignments will be accepted, as I will be leaving for Denver later that afternoon.
For those I don't see until after break, enjoy yourself during the week off.
